Client Solutions Expert – ReportingDash Practice

As a client solutions expert you will insure that T's get crossed and the I's get dotted for each of our implementations of ReportingDash, our groundbreaking recruiting metrics, reporting and analytics dashboard technology. What's a typical week on the job? There isn't one! One day you may be evaluating a customer's cloud-based Taleo Applicant Tracking System setup and recording data and details on a spreadsheet, the next day you may be poring over a spreadsheet full of client data, the third day you may be participating in a client presentation via the web to help make recommendations to our customers, and the next day you might be responding to a customer that has questions about our technology or the services we provide.

What You Will Do...
  • Effectively evaluate the existing state of customer TBE Recruit configurations to identify a comprehensive list of best-practice reconfigurations required for a successful implementation of ReportingDash. Accurately record the existing state Taleo field structures, field data, & Taleo recruiting process workflows and related configurations to allow for proper assessment of reconfigurations required to successfully go live with our flagship metrics and analytics technology platform called ReportingDash.
  • Craft a set of credible and accurate recommended Taleo changes, utilizing the existing RecruitingDash implementation tools, in order to optimize the success our customers receive from ReportingDash.
  • Deliver an accurate set of field-related mapping data and instructions to allow for flawless execution on the ReportingDash data import process.
  • Build an accurate, useful, credible and customized portfolio of ReportingDash "standard reports" for each customer prior to go-live.
  • Effectively reconfigure Taleo after customer sign-off to reflect customer authorized changes and a best-practice setup of Taleo to deliver the most value to customers once ReportingDash is live.
  • Provide customer training on all ReportingDash features, benefits and how to use ReportingDash via webex and phone.
  • Provide end-user training on best practices and correct Taleo utilization.
  • Effectively plan and prioritize work across multiple clients to complete required deliverables on time and efficiently.
  • Assist the RecruitingDash Taleo practice with implementing the portfolio of RecruitingDash best practice Taleo configurations for non-ReportingDash customers as required.
  • Manage all aspects of the QA process with clients; assist with identifying data discrepancies and / or other potential problem areas related to data integrity.
  • Accurately and effectively record customer issues, bugs, and related issues in the RecruitingDash issues tracking tool(s).
  • Evaluation and respond to customer service requests effectively.
  • Assist with assessing, selecting, hiring, and onboarding new staff.
  • Train new staff on Taleo functionality, and best practice configurations of Taleo.

  • Planning & organizing - at RecruitingDash, there are a lot of moving parts given our growth, you will need to be highly organized.
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and other desktop applications - you don't need to be an expert, but you will need to be able to perform core tasks in each of these applications and to do so autonomously without help.
  • Personal learning - at a small company we "never make the same mistake twice..."
  • Customer focus & customer service - every customer counts - we need to make them raving fans.
  • Drive for results... we are fast moving, so we all have to "get it done..."
  • Cool under pressure... it gets a little crazy at a rapidly growing company.
  • Practical thinking & commons sense - life is rarely perfect, and we are zealots about practical, real-world solutions
What Will Grab Our Attention...
  • College degree from a top tier school is strongly preferred
  • Experience working in a corporate environment preferred
  • Recruiting or human resources experience preferred but not required
  • We offer a flexible schedule, but sometimes our customers require us to schedule meetings in off hours, so flexibility is required
