Taleo TBE Consultant – Taleo Business Edition Practice


As a TBE Consultant, you are the key project manager for Taleo Business Edition implementations and engagements with RecruitingDash clients. As such, you will be responsible for delivering against all commitments as detailed in the customer-specific statement of work, all while managing the ultimate success of the client. Our Consultants routinely manage multiple concurrent engagements with different customers.

What You Will Do...
  • Efficiently and effectively manage all aspects of Taleo engagements with clients and the internal RecruitingDash implementation team & support staff.
  • Make credible, effective and accurate technical and functional recommendations to customers in order to maximize the value customers receive from their Taleo Business Edition technology.
  • Provide accurate guidance and direction to our internal Taleo specialists regarding required configurations so that configurations are accurately completed within specific timeframes.
  • Assist with the sales process as required; this may require providing demos of Taleo features or functionality and answering technical or functional questions from customers or the sales team.
  • Develop additional sets of recommendations and presentations to support the sales process.
  • Drive the project / engagement with client teams to avoid delays and inefficient decision-making, while delivering exceptional customer service. Set effective deadlines and project-manage each deliverable in each engagement to efficiently complete required deliverables.
  • Effectively offer recommendations while credibly providing best-practice alternatives while achieving buy-in from the client.
  • Effectively explain the features, benefits, and return on investment of additional recommendations, set up demos of additional solutions (such as our CRM inside of Taleo product, additional Taleo configurations, or ReportingDash, our flagship metrics and reporting platform, with customers, and assist with the sales process).
What We Are Looking For...
  • You are a Taleo Business Edition Expert and have expertise in Recruit, Onboard and/or Perform modules of TBE, with full understanding of all Taleo functionality for the module(s) supported.
  • Effectively plan each client engagement and prioritize deliverables and approach to minimize the duration of the engagement, thereby maximizing profitability.
  • Delivery of extraordinary customer service to all customer stakeholders to maximize client satisfaction and the resulting customer satisfaction ratings upon project completion.
  • Effectively and clearly manage all communication with clients and the internal RecruitingDash team as required, including providing progress to plan updates, and hosting effective client meetings via webex or in person.
  • We provide solutions grounded in best practice human capital management practices. You should understand TBE, and also practical and real-world HR so that your recommendations deliver real value.
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills.
